Rain LaceTM Gallery is an online gallery for the sale of fine prints of photographs and original works of art. Terms & Conditions are listed in alphabetical order.

Certificates of Authenticity: Available only for Limited Edition Prints. For all other products, your invoice serves as documentation for source of origin. Rain LaceTM Gallery is the sole distributor of all limited edition prints and original works of art presented on this Web site.

Copyrights: The sole copyright of the photograph or work of art is retained by the artist. Any unauthorized reproduction is in violation of U.S. copyright law.

Delivery Time and Processing: Shipping is calculated based on distance and weight. Your order will ship within from 5 to 27 business days, dependent upon item ordered (see below). If there is a delay for any reason we will e-mail you. This estimated delivery times are for shipping in the US only.

* Up to 7 business days within the 48 contiguous United States (weekends are not counted). Two weeks for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii and overseas US Territories. We ship via USPS/UPS/FedEX ground and USPS/UPS/FedEX home delivery.

Shipping is available Monday through Friday; Saturday delivery may be available per carrier and per location. No Sunday deliveries. Neither ‘Next Day Air’ nor ‘2nd Day Air’ are available. Remember to order early in advance for special occasions, gift purchases, and the holiday season. Shipping is F.O.B Eugene, OR.

Delivery dates are estimates only and can vary due to backorders, order processing delays, payment information, and various shipping delays that may be out of our control. After we receive your order, we will contact you if an item is out of stock.

Display: Original artwork and limited edition prints cannot be exhibited in public without written approval of the artist.
